Our website is built based on the user experience principles. The first page you see is the Homepage and its clean and smooth design displays all the activities we have to offer to ensure our customers find information quickly. Select the tour type (pedicab, bike, scooter or walking tour) and proceed with entering your reservation information. The email confirmation will be sent to you once the booking is complete.

The confirmation email contains your booking details and information on the meeting location as well as the instructions on how to manage your reservation through our Tourist Portal.

Drivers are automatically assigned by our system when you book. You have the option to select your own guide if your reservation is prepaid. There will be a temporary password in your confirmation email that you can use to log in and choose your guide. For tour that involve multiple pedicabs the system will allow you to select only one lead guide.

The date and time of your booking can be changed up to 2 hours before your scheduled tour time. In case you want to reschedule, you can access the Tourist login page on our website by using the temporary password provided in your confirmation email and click on the 'Reschedule' button to change the date and/or time to the ones you prefer.

As part of our commitment to the customers you can receive a full refund if you cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before its due, which is covered by our risk-free cancellation policy.

Our meeting location is at 1794 Broadway, NY, 10019 (corner of West 58th street and Broadway, outside Magnolia Bakery café). You can easily find us on Google maps by typing in ‘Central Park Attractions’ in the search bar.

Two types of payment are available at your convenience – prepay or cash on the day. We accept all types of major credit cards. If you are interested in booking a specific guide, prepaid reservations allow you to do so. If you opt for cash on the day as your payment option, please bring the cash with you so you can pay the guide directly at the end of the tour. Our guides do not have credit card machines. .

The pedicab comfortably fits up to 3 adults. If your party is larger, the tour will be arranged with two pedicabs going close to one another so you can stay together the whole time. Our personal record – a group of 38 people doing the tour at the same time!

If you had to cancel your reservation that had been prepaid, the refund is issued within 1-2 days after the cancellation. After that it usually takes 5-7 business days for the money to appear back at your account.

In case weather conditions don’t look great for the tour, we always offer to reschedule the reservation or cancel it if you are not able to reschedule. The email reminder will be sent to you a day before the tour if the weather is not great. Quick tip: remember that our tours are an outdoor activity, and if this is something you really want to do during your visit to New York, we recommend to not leave it until your last day. This way you will have an option to amend the reservation if the weather interferes into your plans

For your convenience we can safely keep baby strollers and wheelchairs at our storage place while you are on the tour. Small foldable strollers can as well be taken on board.

Weight limit for each pedicab is 800 pounds (450 kg).
