Our website is built based on the user experience principles. The first page you see is the Homepage and its clean and smooth design displays all the activities we have to offer to ensure our customers find information quickly. Select the tour type (pedicab, bike, scooter or walking tour) and proceed with entering your reservation information. The email confirmation will be sent to you once the booking is complete.

The confirmation email contains your booking details and information on the meeting location as well as the instructions on how to manage your reservation through our Tourist Portal.

So, when you book a tour, your driver is automatically picked by our system – it's all handled for you. Pretty sweet, right?

But if you've already paid for your tour, you get a bonus! You can actually hand-pick your own guide. You'll find a temporary password in your confirmation email – that'll unlock the guide selection page where you can make your choice.

One little thing to keep in mind: for tours with lots of pedicabs, you can only choose one main guide. The system will assign the remaining guides which you won’t see in your booking system.

So, you need to change your tour time? No problem at all! You can easily reschedule up to two hours before your tour is set to begin. Just hop on over to our website and use the Tourist login page. You'll find the temporary password in your confirmation email – it's the one we sent earlier.
Once you're logged in, look for the "Reschedule" button – it's easy to spot. From there, you can pick a new date and time that works better for you. Let us know if you have any questions!

We're all about making things easy for our customers. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can get a full refund as long as you let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. It's all part of our super-flexible cancellation policy – no worries!

Looking forward to seeing you! Our meeting is on at 1794 Broadway, in New York City – that's on the corner of West 58th Street and Broadway, right outside the Magnolia Bakery. It's super easy to find; just search "Central Park Attractions" on Google Maps and we'll pop right up!

So we've got two easy ways to pay for your awesome tour: you can pay upfront (prepay) or just settle up with cash at the end of the tour. We take all the major credit cards if you prepay.
Prepaying also lets you choose a specific guide if you have someone in mind. If you're going with cash, just make sure to bring it along – our guides are all set with cash, but they can't take cards. See you soon!

Our pedicabs are super comfy and can easily fit three grown-ups. If you've got a bigger group, no worries! We'll just use a couple of pedicabs and make sure you all stay together – it's like a little rolling party! We've even had groups as large as 38 people do the tour together – that was a fun one!

So sorry you had to cancel your reservation. Don't worry about the prepaid amount – we'll get that back to you super quick! We usually process the refund within 1-2 days of cancelling, and then it typically takes another 5-7 business days to show up in your account. Just keep an eye out for it.

Just wanted to give you a heads-up about our tours and the weather. New York weather can be a bit unpredictable, right? So, if it looks like rain (or snow!) on your tour day, we'll be in touch the day before to let you know. We're totally happy to reschedule your tour to another day, or if that doesn't work, we can cancel it completely and get you a refund. No worries!

One quick tip: Since our tours are all outdoors, it might be a good idea to book it a little earlier in your trip, just in case the weather throws a curveball. That way, we've got time to switch things around if needed.

We've got you covered for those strollers and wheelchairs! You can leave the larger ones with us safely in storage while you enjoy the tour. If you've got a small, foldable stroller, feel free to bring it along.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, please be aware that each pedicab has a maximum weight capacity of 800 pounds (450 kilograms)

We don't offer hotel pickups at the moment. We're sorry about that!

Tips aren't included in your booking. If your driver was awesome and went above and beyond, feel free to give them a little something extra – they get to keep 100% of it!

Just wanted to give you a heads-up about how our Central Park pedicab large group with multiple pedicabs tours work! When you book, the system automatically assigns you one main driver – it's all super easy. For bigger groups, we'll add an extra driver to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Think of them as a helpful assistant – your main driver (and awesome tour guide!) is the one who'll lead the way, give you all the fun facts, and snap some great photos. He'll make sure everyone stays together and has a blast.

Central Park is pretty busy, especially on weekends, so we all need to follow the traffic rules (bikes, pedestrians, even pedicabs!). Very rarely, a park officer might stop a driver for a quick check or a minor thing. If that happens, it might cause a tiny delay, but our drivers always make sure everyone gets the full tour experience – no worries!

Sometimes, when the park is super crowded, a park ranger or park police might ask us to ride single file for safety. This just means we'll all stay in a nice, neat line, but we’ll happily stop at all the best spots for photos, so you won't miss a thing.

Just a quick heads-up about our Central Park pedicab tour! It's a "hop-on, hop-off, so if you stay on the pedicab the whole time, you'll only see the park from the road. The really cool stuff – the main attractions like movies, architecture design and photos opportunities– are a bit further from the main roads.

You absolutely don't have to hop off. It's perfectly fine to sit back, enjoy the ride, and listen to the interesting history being shared. It's a great way to see the park, whichever way you choose!

If you're looking to just unwind and enjoy the beautiful ride while you rest your legs from all the city walking, our one-hour pedicab tour is ideal. Think of it as a gorgeous, peaceful cruise through the park – a relaxing drive, not a sightseeing tour to hop on and hop off to see the movie’s location, photos opportunities and architecture design in the park. It's all about chilling out and soaking up the ride!

Just a heads-up about our tours: if you book a 1.5 or 2-hour tour without any stops to hop off and on to see the attractions which are away from the main road, we'll actually have to wrap things up a bit early. Your driver will get you back before your scheduled end time. No worries though, we'll still pack in as much fun as possible in the time we have!

We will like to provide our customers an update regarding Central Park Attractions' operational status. We are pleased to announce that we have successfully obtained all necessary licenses and insurance, and passed all the city inspections – we're totally legit!

However, the city decided to ban motors and pedal assist on pedicabs. It's a huge disappointment for us., because we really rely on them to get around and do our jobs. Without the motors or pedal support system, it's just not practical – we wouldn't be able to operate.

While we understand this decision, we are disappointed, as electric assist significantly enhanced the experience for both our guides and customers, so we have decided to continue the use of electric assistance on our pedicabs despite the banned so we can better serve our customers and our drivers. It lets our drivers cover more ground and get you where you need to go more quickly and comfortably. We're committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, and this is a big part of that! We'll, of course, make sure we're following all other regulations and rules.

To be honest, it seems like a bit of an unnecessary rule to banned pedal assisting for pedicabs (we think it's all politics!), and honestly, we can’t run the business if our drivers aren’t able to use some pedal assistance.

Should an unexpected interruption to a tour occur due to enforcement of this regulation, we want to assure you of our commitment to your satisfaction. For cash transactions, no further payment will be required. For pre-paid tours, a full and immediate refund will be issued.
